While I've always been a big believer in the power of human mind to do both bad (destroy our body via stress, for instance) and good (to at least reverse that), I would've been suspicious to say the least. Joe Dispenza draws upon a lifetime of experience to describe how subtle shifts in the way we use our brains are the quantum key to life-affirming changes in our bodies, our lives, and our relationships.

Joe Dispenza combines the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, brain chemistry, biology, and genetics to show you what is truly possible. I guess it's good that Dispenza covered the whole "quantum" debacle upfront, instead of me trudging through the rest of his book, and hearing this woo later on. His "scientific evidence" for this is a phenomenon from quantum physics known as the Observers Effect. No wonder the placebo effect is so powerful; it highlights the role of our beliefs and expectations in shaping our physical outcomes. There's a cyclicity and a polarity that must be balanced for the universe to be satisfied: all magic needs to be done and undone, all magicians know you need manifesting spells and also banishing spells. Can't recommend this book enough to anyone into mental health that also has a highly critical and analytical brain. You can change your brains just by thinking differently, but when we are truly focused and single-minded, the brain does not know the difference between the internal world of the mind and what we experience in the external environment. If you allow the outer world to control your internal thoughts and feelings, your environment will reprogram your brain to have ideas of being “equal to” all that is familiar to you.

So if we want to change some aspect of our reality, we have to think, feel, and act in new ways; we have to “be” different in terms of our responses to experiences. There's a reason We Are Legion was named Audible's Best Science Fiction Book of 2016: Its irresistibly irreverent wit! The power in this book is simply showing you that the power is in you already and waiting for you to put it to use.If you’re looking to change your life, Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, in my opinion, is the best book by Joe Dispenza and is a great place to start. Joe Dispenza 100% believes in God and through this book he will explain to you how the power of God is in you. For example, he advises you build up to an hour of meditation every day, I imagine that would be impossible for very busy people and/or people with kids. Anyone that reads this book will feel empowered and excited about what they can create for their lives. It's highly addictive to get core insights on personally relevant topics without repetition or triviality.

Of his many books, this is by far the most enjoyable to read, while remaining informative and most importantly useable. Given that your personality comprises how you think, act, and feel, you must pay attention to your unconscious thoughts, reflexive behaviours, and automatic emotional reactions—put them under observation to determine if they are true and whether you want to continue to endorse them with your energy. In the absolutely packed Act II, the dark fantasy resumes and the Sandman expands into the French Revolution, ancient Rome, 19th-century San Francisco, eighth-century Baghdad, and beyond. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. The only man in history to complete elite training as a Navy SEAL, Army Ranger, and Air Force tactical air controller, he went on to set records in numerous endurance events. His first book, Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind connects the subjects of thought and consciousness with the brain, the mind, and the body. Grâce à ses brillantes conférences sur le fonctionnement du cerveau et à ses ateliers intensifs, des milliers de personnes, dans plus de vingt pays, ont suivi ces principes pour changer leur vie du tout au tout. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in neuroscience, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia.Think about that: 5 per cent of the mind is conscious, struggling against the 95 per cent that is running subconscious automatic programs. If you know physics, i suggest you skip the quantum mechanics stuff (Joe applies the science of the small to the big and metaphysical). Dispenza discusses a host of physical and emotional health issues plus damage to the body and brain caused by stroke and other traumas and how the science of Neuroplasticity can help or cure these.
